Information we collect
- Account information via Firebase Authentication (and Telegram account details, if you sign in through Telegram)
- Ad-watch and task activity, coin balance, and earnings history, stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- Referral code and referred-user activity
- Withdrawal payout details you provide: UPI ID, PayPal email, or bank account details
- Basic local device preferences (e.g. theme, language) stored in your browser's local storage
Third-party services we use
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database and storage
- Telegram Web App SDK — if you access EarnWatch through Telegram
- Ad networks (Monetag, AdsGram, AdMaven) — to serve the ads you watch for rewards; these providers may process technical data (such as device/browser information) needed to deliver and verify ad views
How we use your information
To operate your account, track your coin balance accurately, process withdrawal requests, detect fraud/abuse (such as duplicate accounts or fake referrals), and respond to support requests.
Payment information
UPI IDs, PayPal emails and bank details are used solely to process your withdrawal requests. Full bank account numbers are not displayed back to you after submission wherever avoidable.
Data retention & security
Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data. Access to withdrawal and account data is restricted through Firebase security rules and admin controls.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, subject to any records we're required to keep for fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
